1. Controller

The controller of your personal data is Małgorzata Wróbel MWR TSL Solutions, Tax ID (NIP) 888-291-99-32. Contact for data protection matters: biuro@mwr-tsl.com.

2. What data and why

This website does not store form data. The contact form opens your own email app with a ready-made message. We only process data once you send us an email (or call us): your name, company, email address, phone number and the content of your message, i.e. what you choose to provide.

We use it only to reply to your enquiry and prepare a quote (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), and to keep correspondence and, if necessary, defend against claims (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

3. Hosting and technical logs

The website hosting provider may automatically record technical data about visits (e.g. IP address, time, browser type) to keep the site secure and running (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). This website does not use cookies, analytics tools or external fonts.

4. Recipients

Data may be entrusted to the IT service providers we use: our email provider and our website hosting provider. Some of them may process data outside the European Economic Area, based on mechanisms provided for in the GDPR, such as standard contractual clauses or European Commission decisions.

5. Retention

We keep correspondence for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any resulting cooperation, and then until the limitation period for claims expires.

6. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict processing, to data portability and to object. You may also lodge a complaint with the Polish supervisory authority (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych). Providing data is voluntary, but without it we cannot reply to your enquiry.
